Our massive Upper Mount is firmly secured to your floor joists and is adjustable. Unlike other systems which glue fiber strips to your wall, our system, with careful maintenance, not only stops further bowing, but can actually cause improvement in your bowing walls over time.*

Additional bracing for the upper bracket is supplied by two strong Steel Bracing Tubes to spread the pressure over the widest possible area.
Our Lower Bracket is made from thick 1/4" steel and firmly held in place by 2 large bolts specially designed for use in concrete floor. These can be easily installed using a hammer drill, readily available from most tool rental stores.
A Word about the Posts. Very Important! Please Read!
Our Standard Heavy Duty Bracing Kits come complete with all braces and mounting hardware, however, it does not include the steel post.

Our Posts are Heavy Duty, made from 1/4" steel in a modified 2"x 4" rectangle configuration with rounded corners. They are 8 ft long and weigh about 70 lbs. each. They have to be extremely strong to counteract the tremendous pressures that caused your heavy concrete wall with several tons of house sitting on top of it to bow out in the first place.
The reason these posts are not included is simply, because of the weight of these posts, they are very expensive to ship in small quantities, and they can often be obtained at a local metal dealer, or machine shop.
However, some of our customers have indicated they would like to purchase these posts with the kits, so we are now offering our Deluxe Kit that includes these post.
Some of our customers have asked why don't we use I-beams. We have tried them in the past and have found them just not strong enough. They tend to bend with the extreme pressures over time. We have had to replace these I-beams on the jobs where we tried them. Where the squared posts have been installed and maintained correctly, we have never had to replace them.

How many will you need?
All of our kit designs are based on our 30+ years of hands-on experience in basement and foundation repair. In all those years, we have never seen a basement wall that could be braced with less than three kits.
Therefore, an initial order of three kits is required. Any quantity of kits can be ordered, as long as the quantity is three or more.
You will need one kit for every 4' of damaged area. When measuring, be sure to add one kit for your starting point.
